Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note • Max occupancy: 15 guests (10 adults max) • 3-night minimum stay • STR Rules Deposit Hold: $500–$700 (only charged if house rules are not followed) • Complimentary pool heat for bookings after 2/13/2025 • Pet-friendly: $25 per night (please notify at booking) • Guests must be 25 or older to book • City-mandated quiet time: 10 PM – 9 AM (outdoor areas off-limits) • Exterior security cameras may be present (no audio recording, not actively monitored) • Parking: max 3 vehicles in driveway (fits 3 minivans), no street parking, no RVs/trailers • Guests must comply with city regulations to avoid fines or penalties • Reservations over 10 nights may incur a mid-stay cleaning fee Please Note: This is a non-smoking home.
