Located midway between the People's Choice and the PSU Arts Fest and 6 miles to stadium/campus, 3.5 miles to gameday shuttle stop, 1.8 miles to historic downtown Boalsburg. The space Family room with 4 recliners, gas fireplace and large TV. Large patio, firepit, grill and large backyard (yard games available). Sorry no pets allowed. Max of 8 guests (3 beds and 2 couches). Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except the garage and basement. The bedroom closets, hall and office armoires and the China cabinet are also locked. Other things to note If the weather is suitable and you request it, I will set up the firepit for you, make sure the outdoor grill is ready to use and leave yard games (corn hole, Kan Jam and football) out for your use onsite only.
