4 bedroom home on farm 2 miles -Denison/Granville

Only your group uses this vacation home on 25+ acres. Max 12 guests for day event, ONLY with prior approval as well as pet permission. Wi-Fi, stocked kitchen. Coffees/teas. Laundry room & products 2nd floor bathroom w/ 2 bedrooms 4 TVs w/ Spectrum/ Netflix 3 hairdryers, hygiene products, 1st Aid. Solo Stove firepit, large Weber charcoal grill, hammocks, croquet, kiddie cars. Smoking allowed outside 20' from doors/windows. Caretaker lives in lower level separate but available. No weapons. The space The house is in the middle of twenty-five plus acres of meadows, woods, and wetlands. Guests may explore with caution during haying or hunting season. The Granville Intermediate School Land lab with ponds, Pygmy goats and trails through wildflowers is directly across the street. Denison University woods to the Homestead is behind the farm. Their Biological Preserve is on the right off SR 161 is a 2 mile walk. The farm is organic and provides food, water, safety and shelter for ranging wildlife and migratory birds. Please be considerate of them as you enjoy watching them. Guest access Guests have a key to the front door, 1 deep step onto the first porch, then wheelchair accessible into the house and the first floor. The front door meets the ADA's requirement of 32" width. Path is lit with solar lights and timed porch lights and with extra lighting upon request. Other things to note Pets on a case-by-case basis. Please text info about pet(s) with host prior to approval of booking. Please name overnight guests prior to booking either through Airbnb registry or name kids in text. You can edit the number of guests prior to arrival. You need permission for parties and nonregistered guests. Indicate the number of vehicles to be parked. Do not park in the front yard! Please remove outerwear shoes at the door. Some folks bring slippers or house shoes. Please close drapes, doors/windows when you leave for the day to reduce bird strikes on windows. Turn heat in winter to 68 degrees and AC in summer to 78 degrees. No smoking or vaping inside or near open windows or doors. Use the outdoors 20' away from windows or open doors. My neighbor requested NOT TO PAT THE NEIGHBORS' FARM ANIMALS and warned THE FENCE IS ELECTRIFIED.
