Your $250 credit will go a long way! *We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 50lbs, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200, plus tax. Please note that dogs must be crated when unsupervised. The screened-in porch must not be used as a kennel. *Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
