Bedrooms: the master bedroom features a queen size bed and a smart TV, closet & chest and the guest room has a floating twin bed with a second twin trundle bed available. Please note the guest bedroom is a bit narrow, but still comfortable. The remodeled kitchen has all the supplies you would need to make most meals. We have also installed a brand new dishwasher as well as a new microwave and fridge. The living space has ample seating for 5 with a sofa and 2 chairs with a dining table for 4. TVs include Netflix and Disney+ ready to go and we have several board games for your use as well. The front outdoor deck also has dining space for 4-5 as well as a brand new grill. We have a large backyard that you can access from a shared hallway which also includes a washer and dryer. PLEASE NOTE: this is a basement unit, you will hear foot traffic from upstairs. The main level guests are aware of the lower unit and have been asked to keep the noise down, but you will hear foot traffic. Also, we DO NOT recommend this apartment for anyone over 5’ 11”. Anyone taller will have to duck or will hit their head. Guest access You have have access to the entire basement unit, as well as the lower front deck with outdoor dining and a grill. The backyard is a shared space with the main floor unit.
