With 2,000 sq. ft. of indoor living space and an additional 1,000 sq. ft. of covered patios, our open-concept design is perfect for groups. Main Living Area:The large, open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living room, creating a perfect space for entertaining and spending time together. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen is stocked to get you started, including: •Coffee, sugar, and creamer •Pots, pans, and cooking utensils •A starter supply of seasonings and oil •Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and sponges •A starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper Game Room & Bunk Room: This combined room is an entertainment hub for all ages, featuring: •Pool table, air hockey, and foosball •A variety of board games and jumbo blocks •Six triple-stacked twin bunks •A Smart TV •A full private bathroom Outdoor Living: Immerse yourself in nature on our expansive covered decks and outdoor areas. •Relaxing private hot tub •Outdoor fireplace with a seating area and TV •Cornhole game set •Firepit with s'mores roasting sticks (starter wood provided) •Propane BBQ grill •Children's playset and custom-built swings Bedroom & Bathroom Layout: •Upstairs King Suite 1: King bed, private ensuite with a soaker tub, walk-in shower with dual heads, and an enclosed toilet. •Downstairs King Suite 2: King bed, private ensuite with a walk-in shower. •Downstairs King Suite 3: King bed, private ensuite with a walk-in shower. •Downstairs Game/Bunk Room: Six twin bunks, private ensuite with a tub/shower combo and enclosed toilet. All bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a hair dryer. LOCATION: We are located in a more secluded addition right off HW 259 but within 10 miles from town where lots of activities, restaurants, shops, hiking trails, lakes, etc. are at. PET RULES: •$80 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 pet MAXIMUM. must be under 75 lbs and must be entered at booking. Pets are not allowed on furniture and preferred not to be left unattended. Any damage left to the cabin will result in additional charges. •MUST BE 24 OR OLDER TO BOOK AND PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE PRESENT. •WE REQUIRE $1000 SECURITY DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE RELEASED 7 DAYS AFTER CHECKOUT. YOUR DOOR CODE WILL BE SENT TO YOU TWO DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL ALONG WITH DETAILED DIRECTIONS. •SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BOOK. •VIOLATION OF ANY HOUSE RULES INCLUDING PET RULES WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY AND FORFEIT OF DEPOSIT Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire cabin, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes the hot tub, game room, fire pit, and all amenities listed. The property features a private entrance with keyless entry. You will receive your unique door code and detailed directions two days prior to your arrival for a seamless self-check-in experience. Other things to note To ensure a smooth and secure booking process, please be aware of the following: -Rental Agreement: All guests are required to review and sign our digital rental agreement after booking. -Your check-in information, including the door code, will be released only after the agreement is signed. -Security Deposit: A $1000 security deposit hold is required. This will be collected via a credit card processed outside of the booking platform prior to your arrival. The hold is not a charge; it is automatically released 7 days after a successful checkout with no damages.
