It's the most pleasant surprise of a warm home. 6 mins to Miller Beach/Indiana Dunes, 12 mins to Casinos & Concerts, Tacos, Pizza, & Steak are 8 mins away Unit is located on a very quiet block. The neighborhood itself is currently being renovated and is an up & coming component of the city's massive transformation. Unit has Hotel Quality Amenities with the feeling of being in a wonderful home. The space The main floor is bright for both business & entertaining with colleagues & family. All lodging accommodations such as bedrooms, closets, shower/bath, bath towels & soaps etc. are located on the 2nd floor. Overall its quite relaxing, peaceful, quiet, & welcoming. Quiet Hours:10pm - 7am Guest access The entire house is yours during your stay. You'll have access to all living areas. Other things to note The following below are NOT allowed and are WITHOUT EXCEPTION: -Noise disturbances -3rd party bookings -local guests inside of 50 miles to the area. -parties (public & private, big & small) -pets (big & small) ----------------------------------------------- All units have monitoring via security cameras on the exterior of each property.
