Tucked away in Torrey! Just off center street, 1 block to middle of town. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants , or Saturday farmers market! Expansive views from house and large deck across quiet pasture and orchard. Boulder mountain and Cockscomb are just beyond. Deer frequent the backyard many mornings and evenings. Incredible Sunsets and Sunrises! The space Spacious main level with living room, dining room, and kitchen in great room for 6 people to connect. Windows on entire south side of great room to enjoy grand views. Updated furniture and 70” TV in living room. Kitchen has island and bar, all with plenty of granite counter top space. Well-stocked kitchen will support a quiet night in. Large laundry area with washer and dryer. Gigabyte internet for those desiring to stay connected. 3 bedrooms 1 king - 1 queen 1 trundle twin with a second pull out twin bed. Although there is a fire pit in the backyard that we plan to have fully functional by next year, given it’s currently is not landscaped and there is no hose in the immediate area, we are not wanting to offer it up for guest use. Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves. Other things to note Main bathroom is 3 steps down from upstairs (floor with bedrooms.)
