W/ boat arrival, drop your anchor at our private dock. Enjoy 3 BDR 3 full BTH home, with lake access year-round. Walkable community. Sleeps up to 8 maximum. No gatherings. No daytime visitors. The space Plenty of seating/dining areas offering multiple ways to relax/feast. Fish. Run off the private dock. Park your boat overnight (2 dock spots). Sleep. Watch the star lit sky. Feel the breeze. Gather around the firepit. Conveniently charge your EV. (Request at time of booking to ensure it is set up prior to your arrival.) The house sits 25 feet from the water’s edge. Private direct lake access all year round. Gas pit. The floating dock is usually available from Memorial Day to 2nd week of October, annually. Tie your boats up to this dock. **For 2025, Floating Dock was installed on 4/30/2025. Come with your boat!** The stationary dock is available all year round for fishing & lounging.. Great for boat watching with 180+ degrees of unobstructed lake views and direct access. Choose to water ski/surf/fish or just deep dive right in - directly in front of our home. We are not in an inlet/ not in a no-wake-zone. Water toys are welcome here around the deep water dock. LOUNGE/SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. 3 STORY HOME - Must be able to climb STAIRS. If not able to climb stairs this house will not be suitable for your comfort & enjoyment. The stairs push the home closer to the lake (up front and center) for watching/partaking in lake life. The trade off is it is further away from the road. Pack light to make it worth it. Enjoy it in the sunshine. Enjoy it at night with a starlit sky. Deck/patio string lighting. Covered deck for enjoyment if it rains. (Emphasizing this home involves climbing down two flights of stairs (see pics) to enter, if you have trouble walking up/down stairs this home would not suit you. ) The community is a gated walkable one. The home is on a one road in, one road out private community set on an island (kind of). Spoil yourself with Direct lake access, 180+ degree views are breathtaking, surroundings are escaping. The views, ease of jumping into the lake & privacy on our lakefront is set up for your getaway. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house, grounds, private dock, and flat parking area, enough for 4 cars and 1 boat trailer. 2 car garage is not included with this rental as it is used to house equipment for the property. During your stay cars can be parked in front of the garage doors. Not used as an active garage. No parties/gatherings. No additional guests sleeping over the 8 capacity limit. No unannounced daytime guests. For the comfort and structurally/mechanical safety of our home no more than 8 guest for both day time or night time occupancy. If not adhered to, over the limit penalties will be incurred. Respect the quiet hours that start at 10pm. GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK A RESERVATION. Pet Friendly with Pet fee of $250 per reservation. Other things to note GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE FOR A RESERVATION. Pet Policy: 1. Pets under 20 lbs can be allowed with a $250 fee with written request of owner approval. 2. Our landscaping and lawn is not dog friendly. If you are looking for a place to have your pets unleashed to roam free this is property will not suit your habits/needs. 3. Pets must be walked on the asphalt. Pets must be kept on a leash when walked, and cleaned up after. No pets allowed on the lawn to keep the lawn lush and green year round. 4. The home is in a walkable community. It is a great place for a long walk with your leashed dog. 5. If you are looking to have your pet roam free, there are dog parks outside of our community, a short drive away called New Fairfield Dog Park & New Milford (Candlewoof) Dog Park.
