Please don't check-in with concierge as it's a private resident building and they will be unable to assist. 》Standard check-in is between 3-9 pm. • Check-ins between 9 pm-midnight will incur a late check-in fee of $40. • Check-ins after midnight will incur a late check-in fee of $70. Other things to note 》I want to ensure things are flexibile for you. If you require a specific check-in or check-out time, please let me know and I will accomodate as best I can. 》The facilities, pool, gym, sauna, steam room and BBQ area cost an additional $150 per stay to use (this fee is incurred directly from the building management) Guests will need to complete a 2 hour induction at the property on either a Saturday or a Thursday to be able to access the facilities. Once the induction is complete you will receive an access card after 48hrs. 》Please note, this room is not suitable for any parties or large groups. Freshwater Place is a prestigious residence which prohibits any rowdy behaviour. 》Parking - this apartment does not have a carpark. However, there are 2 Wilson Carparks nextdoor.
