The beautiful Lagoon Chalet is set on a stunning 5 acre property on the edge of the village of Mt Beauty, a 25 minute drive from Bright and 35 minutes from Falls Creek Ski Resort. Surrounded by beautiful views, it is a small, lovely studio chalet perfect for a romantic couple stay. Upper Kiewa Valley offers plenty to see and do with stunning changing colours in Autumn, snow-capped mountains, and skiing in Winter, as well as fishing, bike riding, lovely nature walks, horse riding and touring. The space Features including a high 4 post timber bed, a cosy sunken lounge with log fire, reading nook in the loft and 2 person spa in the bathroom with country outlook, create the perfect conditions for a relaxing time away. A fully equipped kitchen area completes the amenities. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There is a beautiful pool area (shared) for the summer months and restaurants/cafes/bike shops and ski stores all within easy walking distance. Guest access There is a lovely shared swimming pool for use in the summer and a pier on our lagoon where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or dinner. The river is close by as well for swimming. For winter stays there are many local ski shops for hiring or purchasing ski gear. There are quite a few great local restaurants and cafes within a 2 -10 minute walk and another couple only a 5 minute drive. A 10 minute walk will have you at the local shops, bakery and excellent supermarket. Falls Creek ski resort is a 35 minute drive, Bright is 20 minutes and Beechworth a little over 1 hour. Other things to note We do not recommend the studio for people with reduced mobility sorry. No Pets allowed
