Description

Our luxurious, 1,300 square foot Classic Corner loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a historic landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building all while providing premium amenities throughout the loft. Paired with this amazing space is easy access to downtown restaurants, shops and destinations. Less than a mile walk/drive to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena. The space The loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and great views of downtown Omaha. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed. The living room space features ample seating, great downtown views, along with a classic vinyl corner where you can play from our selection of records or connect your device to the bluetooth speaker. For additional in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable. The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer. An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking. Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade. Guest access Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance. For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
