Adorable carriage house across from Bidwell Park

This is an adorable private carriage house, alongside an iconic and historic Chico home built in 1938 for the late Senator Johnson. The property is over an acre and faces the beautiful Bidwell Park. The property sits in an ideal location for a Chico experience, with direct front access to Bidwell Park trails for walking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, site seeing, golf and lovely downtown shopping, dining and nightlife. The pool is typically open mid May through September. The space With a completely fresh coat of interior paint, the space is quaint, yet has all the necessities you may need while away from home. It is furnished with attractive decor, and plenty of room for rest and relaxation. The living area has 2 queens and a twin roll out bed that is tucked away in the large walk-in closet. There's a reclining couch, tv with satelite, wifi access and games. There is a separate full kitchen/dining area with stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, basic cooking utensils etc. as well as a small dining table. The bathroom consists of a full tub/shower combo and plenty of space. Guest access Guests have a private entrance, with lock-box access. Owners are onsite usually, but privacy is given. Guests have access to the pool that is shared with our family, typically open May through September. This is limited to guests (not visitors of guests - seriously, don't make it awkward and ask to invite people over). Due to insurance limitations - the trampoline, Jacuzzi, and outdoor kitchen/bar are not for guest use. Pool rules: Swimming allowed between 9am and 9pm during open season. No children should be left unattended, no glass, food in pool, running or diving and for guests only (not visitors of guests). Vehicles/parking: There is a private straight driveway just before the left side of our personal circular driveway for guests. Cars should be locked, and any damage to cars is the guests responsibility.
