There is no access to the detached suite unless guests book Urban Escape Compound.Guests will have access to all three recreation centers in Sea Ranch. The recreation centers are Del Mar (north), Moonraker (south), and Ohlson (midway). Del Mar has a large heated outdoor pool, two tennis courts, and saunas. Moonraker has a small heated outdoor pool, a tennis/pickleball court, and saunas. Ohlson has a large heated outdoor pool, saunas, three tennis courts, a half-basketball court, and a volleyball court. The amenities pass allows for six guests at a time. If you have more than six guests in your party and everyone wants to use the amenities at the same time, you will need to purchase a day pass from the HOA. They are $5/guest per day. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
