The space The house is located in Los Organos just 10 minutes from Mancora, in a very safe condominium, a very quiet sandy beach without stones to rest and enjoy, a private pool and another from the condominium. -> The closest airport is Talara (50 min drive), then Piura or Tumbes (2.5 hours) -> It has an area of 500 meters of land and 330 square meters of construction, it is very spacious and comfortable. -> 5 bedrooms and up to 14 people: 2 double bedrooms, 2 quadruple bedrooms and 1 service bedroom. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom. -> The double and quadruple rooms have air conditioning. -> The social area is on the second floor and the ocean view is spectacular: fully equipped kitchen, TV room, living room, terrace, dining room and BBQ area. The TV room has a comfortable leather armchair and air conditioning. Amenities: air conditioning, WiFi internet, smart TV, hot water, bath towels, bedding, massage table, grill, kayak, paddle, etc. Guest access -> Access to the condominium's adult and children's pool in addition to the house's private pool. -> Very quiet and safe sandy beach, very uncrowded and with umbrellas. Other things to note The rental includes a person who will clean the house every day and another person who cooks all kinds of food, the local dishes based on fish and seafood are really exquisite. The staff can also purchase ingredients so guests can enjoy their vacation to the fullest without having to worry about a thing.
