Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI. Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises. Identity verification policy must be accepted for access. The space Unit 3 is located on the second floor, up one set of stairs. It offers the following layout and amenities: - One bedroom with queen-size bed - One bath with shower - Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu - Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave - Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware. - Nespresso machine - Separate dining area - In-unit laundry - WiFi - Air conditioning via window unit - Off street parking provided - Check-in is at 3 PM unless other arrangements are agreed upon with host prior to day of arrival. Guest access Identification Verification Policy As responsible hosts, we take the safety of our neighbors, property and other guests very seriously. In order to gain access to the property, one of the following options must be agreed with host prior to your arrival date: Option 1: Guest agrees to provide their personal mobile phone number to host (which guest will have with them during stay) Option 2: Guest agrees to meet host at the property at an agreed time for a manual check-in. The guest will need to provide a government issued identification. Failure to complete Identification Verification Policy prior to arrival can result in no-entry. Please note host reserves the right to require a government issued ID upon their discretion. Other things to note We utilize software which dynamically adjusts pricing across multiple sites. If you see this property listed on a competing site for a lower price, please let me know so that I can make any necessary adjustments.
