The house can sleep 15 people comfortably (This includes 2 guest on a nice queen air mattress that is provided, or you can bring your own). This home is a split-level home offering multiple families the space they might need. The upper level of the home offers three bedrooms - two bedrooms offer king beds and the other has a queen bed. This level also includes a kids loft with two twin beds. There is also a queen blow up mattress available for use. The lower level with private entrance and own coffee bar has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a queen bed and two twin beds. The home has a large breezeway downstairs along with an abundance of deck space to relax in the shade. The winds blow through the breezeway ensuring pleasant weather on even the warmest of days. Access to the public boat ramp that is seconds away from the house.
