Relax with the whole family at this peaceful ground-floor 2BR condo (1 queen & 4 individuals), located in a gated community with a large swimming pool, lounge chairs, shared rooftop terrace with ocean views, & an ancient Huanacaxtle tree. The condo has a TV room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and private patio in front of the pool. We are 100m from the beach and 1 block away from a large grocery store, Chedraui. The space The building has security, a parking area specifically for guests, as well as a large pool area. The beach entrance is 6 blocks down the road (about 7-9 minute walk). One of the greatest advantages is having Chedraui, a very large supermarket, literally around the corner. There are also great local restaurants very close such as Lamara (our favorite Ceviche place in town), La Quinta di Francesco (Italian), and the amazing Barchelata Sports Bar. Guest access There is a large pool area with lounge chairs and seating areas. Other things to note This was one of the first condo developments in Bucerias, so it has been part of our community for a few decades. Please keep this in mind when booking this property as you will find characteristics of an older property such as window AC units or vintage style kitchen cabinets. Despite this, the pool area and mature tropical landscaping make this property a charming gem in Bucerias.
