Relaxation area with heated indoor pool, jacuzzi and a spacious games room with billiards, foosball & projection room… The space In the heart of an 800-hectare forest, in the village of Beaumotte-Aubertans, a 340 m2 detached house fully equipped for 14 people accompanied by a 75-m2 wellness area on a 980-m2 plot with beautiful greenery. On the ground floor, a sublime open living room with colorful and natural decoration, an integrated kitchen, a beautiful reception room with large wooden table, a living room with pool table and sofas. A shelf of board games is available for your use. One bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together. Bathroom with separate toilet. Then a relaxation area with a large indoor pool, a sauna and on the terrace a sublime Jacuzzi with barbecue and outdoor table for beautiful sunny days. Upstairs, 3 single bedrooms, 2 with two single beds that can be pushed together and one with a double bed. A bathroom with toilet. A relaxation room with foosball table, mini bar and projection room. A dormitory with 6 single beds with shower room and separate toilet. Parking spaces with the possibility of electric charging and/or storage for bicycles or other items.
