The resort-like infinity-edge swimming pool is a huge feature of the home with pool house which is completely self-contained and will give your overnight guests their own private haven. Professionally decorated by Studio Wright they have done a fantastic job of capturing the tranquility of its surroundings, with its high vaulted ceilings and open-plan New York loft-style layout. LOCATION Situated on the fringes of Katandra Reserve just above the Matcham/Holgate valley Elliot Falls is an easy drive 90 minutes north of Sydney CBD. Beaches It's just a 30 minute drive to Terrigal beach where you can find an array of restaurants, boutique shops, cafes, Terrigal Skillion and boardwalk. Bush Walking - Katandra There is a lovely walk that starts from the Katandra Rd Picnic Area and circumnavigates Seymour Pond. On this walk, you will head through a few palm-filled valleys, discover a Strangler Fig Tube (on a side trip) and are likely to see a few water birds. Take some snacks and enjoy one of the resting areas – sit quietly and you might spot a water lizard or Lyrebird. This walk is well-signposted and follows a clear track. More information on Katandra walking tracks CLICK HERE 13. NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR Please note our properties are designed specifically for larger groups, however they are not party houses. The guests agrees to: - Have no more than the agreed upon number of occupants at the house. - Not have any party, event or function - Please note the adults are capped at the house unless otherwise approved. (We do accept family style bookings, corporate/ retreats and minors are welcome at all our properties) - The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct – we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours. Noise - You are welcome to use a speaker ‘UE Boom 3’ size or similar INSIDE ONLY at the property at a reasonable level. We work on a one warning basis, so if there are neighbour complaints, we will ask you to turn this off. - QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am - DJS are not permitted onsite at any time.Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all properties. - Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaint – please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend. **Please note we do not usually accept check ins/outs on Saturdays. If the owner does approve this on request, Thursday - Saturday or Saturday - Monday, the weekend rate applies. This need to be manually set on the calendar so please be aware we will change this over once you have sent through a booking request. This is due to the higher rates for cleaning on Saturday. ** Our spa is set to heat up to 38°C year-round. However, during the colder months (May–August and sometimes early September), low temperatures and the fact that it is connected to the pool system (rather than being a standalone spa) can significantly impact its heating performance. In winter, the spa typically reaches around 26–28°C, depending on weather conditions. *If you are looking to stay Friday to Monday for 3 nights, please enquire with us for a special discounted Sunday rate (mid-week rate).
