This single-level home at PGA West's Signature Community is built around that stillness, with a private pool, private hot tub, and a backyard designed to keep you outside as long as possible.   Living spaces Stackable glass doors dissolve the line between inside and out, opening the living area directly to the backyard and keeping the mountain views in frame from wherever you're sitting. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans hold the indoor temperature steady through every shift in desert weather. A large Smart TV anchors the main seating area, and for guests staying longer, dedicated workspace, Wifi, and an Ethernet connection are all ready to go.   Sleeping arrangements The home sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. The main suite includes a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower, and direct access to the patio. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, and Bedroom 3 has two full beds. Every bedroom and the living room is equipped with a Smart TV. A crib and Pack 'n Play/Travel crib are available upon request.   Kitchen & dining The full kitchen has everything you need to cook in - stove, stainless steel oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, and baking sheet. A drip coffee maker and hot water kettle are set up for slower mornings, and the dining table is an easy place to gather before heading out.   Outdoor living The private pool and private hot tub sit at the heart of the backyard, open all year and available 24 hours, with mountain views as the backdrop. Sun loungers, a fire pit, BBQ grill with barbecue utensils, and an outdoor dining area round out the space - afternoons at the grill, evenings by the fire, late-night soaks under a wide desert sky. A putting green adds a fun option for anyone looking to sharpen their short game between rounds at the Stadium Course. Hot tub heat is complimentary. Pool heat is available for $75 per day up to 86°F and is typically needed October through May - during summer months, the pool naturally sits between 85 and 95°F.   Community amenities Within the Signature Community at PGA West, guests have access to a shared gym, community pool, and bocce ball and shuffleboard courts. Free parking on premises and self check-in via keypad make arrivals easy. The home is a two-minute walk from Ernie's Bar and Grill and the Stadium Course clubhouse. Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and the Empire Polo Fields are all a short drive away.   Additional details The home includes a washer and free dryer, bathroom essentials, hair dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and a first aid kit. A bathtub, exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are also in place. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay - a mid-stay clean is available for an additional fee. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is by 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out will be accommodated when possible at no extra charge. The home operates under HOA noise guidelines. Pets are not allowed.   We do not recommend shipping directly to the home - we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc. We cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.   Note: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address.
