Enter your access code to open the lockbox and retrieve the fob, then tap the fob against the electronic lock to enter. Check-in is at 4pm; check-out is at 10am. Upon arrival, stop by the Nautical Mile office (on the left as you enter the complex) to sign in and receive your parking pass. If you arrive after office hours, visit the office the next morning. Return your fob to the lockbox when you depart-not to the office. A $100 replacement fee applies if the fob is lost. A backup fob is available in a secondary lockbox for emergencies; call for the code if you need it. Early check-in and late checkout may be available outside peak season (Labor Day through Memorial Day) if offered via email or text. During peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), standard times apply. Other things to note You'll have access to shared complex amenities seasonally (Memorial Day through Columbus Day, weather permitting): a heated pool and hot tub open 8am-10pm daily through Labor Day, then Friday-Sunday only until Columbus Day; a shared gas grill; and tennis and basketball courts. The complex also maintains lawn care and snow plowing/deck shoveling as part of HOA services. Be aware that Southern Maine can experience localized power outages during winter storms. If you're traveling in winter months, monitor the weather in advance-trip insurance is advisable. Our local team tracks outages on the Central Maine Power website and will provide updates if needed. Southern Maine's natural environment includes seasonal insects and pests (mosquitoes, black flies, ticks, sand fleas, spiders, ants, and others). Monthly pest control is in place, but complete elimination isn't guaranteed. Please bring bug spray for outdoor activities.
