The space Welcome to our lovingly restored 1970’s cedar A-Frame TreeHouse — the ultimate Muskoka escape designed for slowing down, letting go, and making lasting memories. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway, a cozy retreat in nature, or a creative work-from-anywhere experience, this space was made to help you relax and feel at home. Bedroom & Office Loft Upstairs, the airy loft features a plush queen Endy mattress for slow mornings and restful nights under the soaring A-frame ceiling. Beside it, a hammock nook invites curling up with a book or just swaying in the treetops. Need to work or create? The dedicated office includes high-speed internet, monitor, keyboard, mouse, scanner/printer, and a full desk setup — making it easy to stay productive without leaving your forest hideaway. Living Area & Entertainment The main floor offers an open living and dining space with floor-to-ceiling windows and warm natural light. Please message us to confirm. Entry & Parking - You’ll receive your door code three days before arrival. - Parking is available in the driveway. In winter, the driveway can be icy — we recommend a vehicle with 4-wheel drive and snow tires. Property Access - Guests have full access to the upper level of the TreeHouse and outdoor spaces. - The basement is for our personal storage. Please do not open the hatch under the stairs. - There are 62 STEPS leading up to the cabin — it may not be suitable for everyone. Beach Access Guests can use the Hidden Valley Property Owners Association private beach, a 10-minute walk from the cabin. Please note: no smoking, glass, or dogs are allowed at the beach. Other things to note Guest Capacity — Licensed for a maximum of 2 guests. Accessibility — The cabin is up 62 wood and stone steps; may be challenging for those with mobility or health concerns. Neighbourhood — Located in a residential community. You’ll see neighbours and dogs nearby; it’s peaceful but not remote. Dog Policy — Dogs must stay on leash outdoors and off furniture inside. Clean paws before entering and pick up after your pet. Dogs are not allowed at the private beach. Blankets, towels, bowls, and poop bags are provided. Driveway — Steep and can be icy in winter. We recommend a 4-wheel drive with snow tires. You may park at the bottom and message us for help if needed. House Rules — Please review before booking to ensure a smooth stay.
