Beautiful, fully restored, historic farmhouse in the Blue Ridge Mountains with pristine stream in front of the home, located in Manassas Gap, gateway to the Shenandoah Valley. Three-level home, three bedrooms and baths, two twin folding beds, AC for all 3 bedrooms, large porches, coffee stations, full kitchen, large living areas, fire pit, picnic table, outdoor grill. The space Fully restored three-level 1916 farm house and country home that is family friendly, dog friendly, clean, treated water from a deep well, treated for bugs, quiet, completely safe and secluded, caretaker next door, decorated for holidays and seasons. Near many local destinations within a short drive. The home has three bedrooms, three extra twin folding beds with plenty of blankets and linens, three additional single sized folding mattresses, three baths with fresh towels, two large living areas for up to eight people, two dining areas with tables and chairs, three porches including one that is enclosed, a fully equipped kitchen, floor fans, portable AC for bedrooms, two electric fireplaces, books and games, children's toys, plenty of parking in front of home, picnic table, charcoal grill and fire box by the creek, hiking trail on 45 acres to mountain top, wonderful views and scenery, many local destinations. Enjoy breakfast or a drink on Adirondack chairs on a wooden bridge over the stream at the opening of the woods or by a fire box or grill along the creek. The back porch faces the woods and is open-air. The front porch on ground level overlooks a stream complete with chairs and side tables for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a bread maker and crock pot, and everything needed to prepare and service large meals or quick snacks. The glassed porch on the second level overlooks the mountain and has a table and chairs for a meal with a sitting area and coffee station. Coffee bars on each floor of the house are stocked with coffee, tea, and creamers and supplies. Lots of wildlife near house, long mountain trail to top of mountain. Guest access The home is 100 percent available to guests. No one else will be on site. Self checkin and checkout are provided. Other things to note Located within 30 minutes of over 100 unique local attractions including rivers, parks, orchards, wineries, historic areas, local shops and boutiques, antique stores, restaurants, wildlife areas, national forests, farm produce, and farm-fresh markets including seasonal pick-your-own fruits, and festivals. A peaceful, quiet, serene, majestic, friendly, safe environment that is easy to reach but feels far away. A great place to get a good night's sleep and reconnect with family, nature, and friends. Visits by native wildlife on the grounds provide an opportunity to treasure and care for the creation and enjoy it close-up! Christmas trees, wreaths, and a variety of holiday decor is available on local orchards, farms, and markets. Winter. A wide range of fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, eggs, and home cooked goods are available in several nearby locations, along with farm to table restaurants. The Winter holiday season in nearby towns is in full swing!
