The space Outdoor Space: Seasonal swimming pool and year-round hot tub for relaxation and rejuvenation. There is an additional charge to heat the pool during your stay. Please reach out to us if you would like to learn more about this option. Fire pit and Adirondack chairs for cozy gatherings and s'mores. Outdoor grill with a 6-burner stove and an Ooni Pizza oven for culinary adventures. Glass basketball hoop for friendly games. Living Room: Cozy and comfortable space with a large L-shaped couch, ottoman, and two swivel chairs, all West Elm. Propane fireplace for ambiance and to keep you warm on chilly nights. TV with Sonos surround sound system for movie nights. Den: Our favorite room to relax on floor cushions with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided). A bookcase full of games including Cards, Catan, Dominion, Monopoly, chess, backgammon, Guess Who, and more. Dining Room: Spacious dining table seating 8 perfect for a larger group or for family dinners. Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: 2nd Floor, Alaskan King-sized bed (9x9ft!), blackout curtains, TV with surround sound, nightstands with lights, a ceiling fan, clothes hanging rack, and a balcony with hot tub and backyard view. Guest Bedroom 1: 2nd floor, this room features a King-sized bed, blackout curtains, a TV, nightstands with lights, a ceiling fan, and a double door closet with ample shelving and hangers. Guest Bedroom 2: 2nd floor, complete with a King-sized bed, blackout curtains, nightstands with lights, a ceiling fan, a work desk, and exercise equipment including weights, mats, and a pull-up bar. Guest Bedroom 3: 2nd Floor, bedroom includes a King-sized bed, blackout curtains, a TV, nightstands built into the bed frame, a ceiling fan, a closet with shelving, and a small work desk. Bathrooms: Common bathroom (1st floor): Toilet and sink. Primary bathroom (2nd floor): Shower, separate bathtub with jacuzzi jets. Common bathroom (2nd floor): Bathtub with shower. Work Stations: First Floor Office: Sit/stand uplift desk, monitor, and additional desk. Second Floor Office: Sit/stand uplift desk, printer, and paper. Two bedrooms also have desks High-speed Gigabit internet provided by Spectrum, along with mesh wifi network by Google Home Entertainment: HDTV with Roku, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. Children: Baby safety gates Sippy cups and child friendly cutlery 2 Pack n Plays Children books and toys Other things to note Important Notes: - Please save the WiFi login/password and key code prior to arrival as there is minimal service upon arrival. - We regret to inform you that our home is not pet-friendly. - Rest assured, your stay is covered with $1,500 in "All-Risk" Damage Protection. This coverage safeguards against accidental damage unless specifically excluded (e.g., normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage). - There is a Ring motion sensor security camera that faces the front driveway, only. Please note, there are video only cameras in inaccessible areas of the house (garage, basement, and owners closet). These areas are prohibited to guests. - Access to the basement, garage or closet off of the primary bedroom is strictly prohibited. Outdoor Entertaining House Rules - Please never try to open the pool when there is a significant amount of water on top of the cover. This will break the cover. - Only plasticware is allowed on deck and in the pool area; this is labeled clearly in the kitchen. - For safety, the pool cover *must* be closed when not in use. After you leave or if rain is expected, the water pump must be placed on top of the cover with the hose leading outside of the pool away from the house. - The hot tub cover *must* be closed when not in use. (Leaving the cover off is like leaving the refrigerator door open.) - We have a septic system, please treat it gently and do not flush anything other than toilet paper. - All pool and deck umbrellas *must* be tied shut when not in use and never used during a storm; the wind in both cases will destroy the umbrellas. - Propane fireplace *must* be turned off overnight. Please take note of the following: - Routine maintenance, lawn care, snow plowing, garbage pickup, linen pickup, hot tub service,, and pool cleanings may occur during your stay. - Parking is allowed only in designated spaces. - Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. - Weapons are not allowed. - Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, fire pits, and other amenities. - Due to fire risk, we kindly request that you refrain from charging electric cars on the property. - Parties and additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy are not permitted. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours after 9 pm and follow good neighbor guidelines. - Please refrain from trespassing on property boundaries. - Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited. - As proud members of VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association), we strive for professionalism, collaboration, and growth within the short-term rental industry.
