Welcome to Engle’s Place! Our beautiful 3-story city home was built in 1910 in the Queen Anne’s style. This unit is the main house that consists of the first and second floors. With stained glass windows and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house, you’ll feel like you've stepped back in time to early 20th-century HBG. The house is within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, the river trail and more, making it a perfect vacation rental to enjoy the best of what HBG has to offer. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and plenty of toilet paper. MAIN FLOOR: The main floor bathroom features a shower and bathtub. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation. ☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property. ☆If the property is left excessively dirty, additional cleaning fees will be applied. ☆Please note that this is a city house. Like most other houses in the city, it is connected on one side to another property. There is also a third floor unit above this one that has its own separate entrance. Guest access This unit has access to the back patio where there is a full sized BBQ grill available for cookouts. Both units have access to this space, so it is treated as first come, first serve.
