Other things to note 1-Access: The unit is located below the main level — guests will need to descend several steps from the driveway to reach the entrance. 2-Parking: Two guest spots are available on the right side of the driveway (tandem/single-file only). The left side is reserved for the owner. Additional street parking is available on the opposite side of the street. 3-No central AC, but you likely won't miss it — Mercer Island summers are wonderfully mild and comfortable. 4-The owner lives in the upper unit with a private entrance and is always nearby if you have questions or need assistance. 5-Hot water: The water heater is on the smaller side. For groups larger than 5, staggering showers will ensure everyone enjoys hot water throughout the day. 6- Heating: thermostat is upstairs. Please let us know if you need to adjust heating temperature.
