The left side is reserved for the owner. Additional street parking is available on the opposite side of the street. 3-No central AC, but you likely won't miss it — Mercer Island summers are wonderfully mild and comfortable. 4-The owner lives in the upper unit with a private entrance and is always nearby if you have questions or need assistance. 5-Hot water: The water heater is on the smaller side.
