Welcome to Downtown Delight! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! The space Features of the Home: - 2 level single family home with loft - 4 Bedrooms - 2 Full Bathrooms - 1 King bedroom with 55" Roku Smart Tv - 2 Full over King bunkbeds with 55" Roku Smart Tv - The loft has 3 full beds with 55" Roku Smart Tv - 1 Full kitchen - Washer and Dryer - High Speed Internet Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Self Check in! :) *except for the basement, this is used for storage* Other things to note We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site. *We are not responsible for items left behind* *We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*
