The Studio is a unique, completely renovated 1940's studio overlooking a one acre organic farm, located just minutes from the historic Village of Arroyo Grande. 6 miles to the beach, 3 miles to wine tasting in the Edna Valley, and a beautiful 12 mile country drive to SLO, the studio offers something for everyone. With a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and outdoor patio with bbq and propane fire pit this is the perfect place for your relaxing Central Coast getaway. Guest access • The Studio overlooks a 1 acre organic farm. Guests have access and freedom to enjoy the whole 2.5 acre property, while respecting the farmers equipment and operations. • There is a designated parking space close to The Studio. • A shared parking space with an EV Charger is also available. • Plenty of other parking is available as needed. • There is a mild incline driveway to reach The Studio. • There is 3 step porch to enter The Studio. Other things to note There are horses on one next door property and dogs on the other next door property. This is a semi rural country setting. It feels like a world away yet is close to the town, the beach and wine tasting.
