Loft on (F) St! 2 blocks to river! *No pet fee

Location, location, location! Great for couples for a getaway or for families needing time away from the city. You couldn’t ask for a better location right in the center of Main (F) Street. Under a 2 min. walk to the famous Arkansas river, the NEW surf Scout Wave, all the best restaurants & then 45 min. to monarch ski resort! We welcome 🐶’s, please note we don’t have a outside space attached to the loft, so you will need to leash your pups & take the 1.5 block walk to the park for potty breaks. The space A great 2 bed 2 bath loft on Main Street in salida. There is a set of stairs to access the property, so please note that for all guests. Guest access You can access 100% of the condo with you and your guests. Other things to note Pets WELCOME: 🐶 We love that you can bring your pets, however we haven’t built the outdoor space on the roof just yet. So you will need to leash your pup and walk them to the park that is less that 1.5 blocks away. Hot Springs: With more than 3 hot springs close by and the famous Mt Princeton hot springs only 45 minutes. Stairs: There are stairs to access the loft from the street. Please note that for guests who might have a hard time on the stairs. Once you are in the loft there are no stairs and it is all one floor. We have included a picture of the stairs to make sure your group is comfortable with the access. TV: 📺 We have our Hulu and Netflix accounts logged in for all guests at no charge. Please keep those accounts signed in so other guests can use them as well. You are welcome to use the smart tv for other subscriptions that you might have, but please sign out of your personal accounts before you leave. Coffee ☕️: We have a regular coffee pot free for guests to use!
