Just installed, is a new widescreen TV & Blueray plus FREE WIFI. If you don't fancy staying inside, head out on to the balcony to bask in the sunshine and take in the beautiful views. Whether you are looking for adventure, or a relaxing break away from it all, you will find everything within easy reach. Snowdonia National Park is just a stone throw away, with the stunning Cader Idris only a 10 minute drive from the property. As well as a fantastic sea front location and views towards Bardsey Island & The Llyn Peninsula, the beach house is also only 5 minutes walk away from the town centre, with all amenities including a doctors surgery, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and more. The spacious lounge with a feature fireplace is bright and spacious with carpeted floor. It has a 3 seater sofa, big armchair and big footstool. There is a Sony TV, DVD, Blue Ray, feature fire place and best of all, a balcony with stunning sea views. The ground floor contains two large double bedrooms one with a king size bed. Both bedrooms have new quality wood wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The double bedroom has a sink/vanity unit. The bathroom also on the ground floor, has a glass shower screen a new shower over the bath. Off the rear bedroom is a sunroom with large picture window overlooking the garden. There is also a travel cot & high chair available. Outside there is a good sized garden patio with brand new stainless steel kettle charcoal BBQ, 2 x sun loungers, 2 X deck chairs a glass top table and 6 lounger type chairs ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dinning. The beach is right in front of the garden and the garden enjoys the sun all day until sunset. There is a driveway to the front of the property with parking for two cars plus off road parking for more. Pet friendly, maximum of 2 dogs, sorry no puppies, supplement applies. Dogs are welcome on the beach, except in the restricted area. Other things to note The property comfortably sleeps 4 people, but we can accommodate 5 if you bring your own camp bed or mattress, bedding provided and £35 per person surcharge applies. Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. Where a one week minimum applies, our changeover day is SATURDAY. Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, wifi, heating, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Maximum of two dogs with a £35 per dog surcharge applying. Sorry, no puppies. There is a cleaning fee of £49 per booking. It is the guests responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
