We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Orcières, this charming apartment of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 17 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a nice bedroom separated by curtains, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 20 m² accessible from a balcony. We are waiting for you! The space The housing is composed as follows: - A living room of 17 m² with TV, two convertible sofas (double) and a dining area. - An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Tassimo coffee maker... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside : - A balcony of about 5 m² giving access to an enclosed garden by a few steps, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - To access the apartment in winter, you must use the stairs of the residence and not the outside because of the risk of ice. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
