We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Barèges, this charming flat of a surface of 62 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 34 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony. Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A living room of 34 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... Night area: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. Outside: - A balcony to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Free Wifi available. - A ski room is at your disposal. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Sheets + pillowcase: 35 € for the first bed and 25 € for the following ones. 1 large towel + 1 small towel and 1 tea towel: 8 € per person. - The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you. In case of non respect a deduction of the deposit will be made. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged.
