Located just 20 minutes from Denver, 30 minutes from Boulder and not too far away from the Rocky Mountains! My home offers 5 large bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with reservation. There is a 6th bedroom and additional full bath that is the Master Suite of the home! You can add this beautiful suite for a extra cost. PLEASE READ FULL DETAILS BELOW. The Master suite has an amazing view of the Rocky Mountains! There is a walk out balcony you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset after a long day of outing! The master suite has a king size bed and a 50" flat screen. The bathroom has his and hers vanity, shower and a oversized jetted jacuzzi! For an additional fee of $100 a night you can add this suite to your stay. If interested please message me for further details. Upstairs level has 3 of the 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. All bedrooms are very spacious in size! Room 1 has a king size bed with a 50" tv and a full bathroom attached. The 2nd room has a king size bed with a 50" tv and the 3rd room has a queen bed (no tv in this room). There is a oversized laundry room with washer and dryer for guest to use however I do not provide laundry supplies. Located in the basement are 2 additional bedrooms both have queen size beds (no tv's) and a full bathroom. This home is fully furnished with fresh linen/towels/toilet paper and the kitchen is equipped with many cooking utensils to make your experience feel like home! There are two dining areas and two living room areas to spread out and enjoy! We ask that shoes NOT to be worn in the home. It helps keep the hardwood floors and carpets from getting dirty and damaged. There is NO SMOKING in the home - If home is left with any type of SMOKE ODOR THERE IS A $250 SMOKING FEE THAT WILL BE CHARGED. Smoking is permitted outside in the back yard. There is parking on the driveway that can park 3-4 cars only. The home sits in a cul-de-sac, off street parking is very limited. There is no access to the garage. The home has a nice back yard open for our guest to enjoy. We ask that you respect our neighbors and no loud noise after 9pm. No parties or oversized gatherings allowed. DIA is about a 45 min drive and if you want to enjoy the mountains there are many ski resorts about 1-2 hours away. If looking to stay local there are many local shopping areas. Flatirons Mall, Orchard Center, Thornton Outlets and plenty of dining areas. Many attractions near by WaterWorld, Adventure Golf, Butterfly Pavilion, Movie Theaters, ect! Very close to Hwy 36 which you can access I-25, I-76 and I-70. There is a local bus station and the light rail station near by the home ( would not be walking distance) that goes into Downtown Denver and the surrounding areas.
