This charming apartment, situated in the heart of historic Covington, is an easy walk, ride, or drive to downtown Cincinnati, sports stadiums, and all the restaurants, bars, and activities you can find in beautiful Covington and the greater Cincinnati area. Free dedicated parking across the street, free laundry units, and a cozy atmosphere make this the ideal apartment for your stay. The space The apartment is located on the ground level of this quad-plex, just up a couple steps on the porch, opening out onto 4th St. The living space features a wall-mounted tv, stacked washer-dryer, a comfy loveseat, and the full bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletry items to make your packing easier. Enjoy the small kitchen with a microwave and electric stovetop for cooking or reheating your meals. Just down the hall from the living room is the queen bedroom with a four poster bed, set with professionally laundered linens. Guest access This is Apartment 1 and you enter through the beautiful entry way in the front of the house. You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only". Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 1. Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
