Large natural stone house (about 265 m² of living space) surrounded by vineyards and hills in the center of Tuscany between Florence and Arezzo. Here you will still find the original Tuscany. The space The house has 8 beds and is divided as follows: In the separate basement there is a small apartment with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, as well as a shower/toilet. An external staircase leads via the loggia with dining area and oven into the eat-in kitchen with open fireplace and a large wood-burning stove. A few steps lead to the level of the bedroom with 2 beds, as well as the bathroom with shower/toilet/bidet. It connects to the large living room with satellite TV, in which there is also a large number of books. A few steps down you can reach the large hall with round arch and fireplace. From there you can reach a small terrace and the garden. A staircase in the house leads to the first floor. Here there is a bedroom with a double bed and views in three directions of the Tuscan landscape, a large bedroom with three beds and its own external staircase, as well as a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet and 2 sinks. Opposite the in-house grounds are four parking spaces for cars, a badminton court and other lawns. ** between October and April, additional heating costs of €200 per week are incurred.
