The villa is equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, wi-fi, indoor parking. The villa is designed to meet the needs of the summer escape to the sea, where you can relax on deck chairs while the barbecue is spreading its scent and the children play safely, without worries about any neighbors or adjacent homes. The villa is in the first row on the sea, in an area populated by other non-adjacent villas, a few meters from the sea of the Capilungo marina, characterized by a low cliff and easy access to water, with a romantic walkway on the cliff of 6 km, ideal for walks and sports. The area is very close to Torre San Giovanni, a town famous for fine sandy beaches and summer vitality, whose first beach is 6 km( Lido Pazze), while the center is 7.5 km; just 150 meters from the villa there is a restaurant/pizzeria on the sea and 400 meters a local on the sea famous for musical evenings and excellent drinks overlooking the sea, 600 meters from the square on the sea, with the bus stop, restaurant, bar ,access to a cove on the cliff with sandy bottom. Bed linens and bathroom sets not included in the cost of renting, bookable well in advance and with an extra surcharge. Available upon request /reservation, a self-managed breakfast service,( directly in your vacation home, everything you need for a perfect breakfast!) with an extra nightly cost per person.
