The villa is equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and indoor parking. The villa is designed to meet the needs of a summer getaway to the sea, where you can relax in a deck chair while the barbecue is spreading its scent and the children play safely, without worrying about any neighbors or adjacent homes. The villa is in the front row on the sea, in an area populated by other non-adjacent villas, a few meters from the sea of the Capilungo marina, characterized by a low cliff and easy access to the water, equipped with a romantic walk with a walkway on the cliff of 6 km, ideal for walks and sports. The area is very close to Torre San Giovanni, a town famous for its fine sandy beaches and summer vitality, whose first beach is 6 km away (Lido Pazze), while the center is 7.5 km away; just 150 meters from the villa there is a restaurant/pizzeria by the sea and 400 meters away a place by the sea famous for musical evenings and excellent drinks overlooking the sea, 600 meters away the small square by the sea, with the bus stop, restaurant, bar, access to a cove in the cliff with a sandy bottom. Bed linen and bathroom sets are not included in the rental cost, and can be booked well in advance and with an extra surcharge. Self-managed breakfast service available upon request/booking (everything you need for a perfect breakfast is directly in your vacation home!) with an extra daily cost per person.
