The penalty for each unapproved dog is $200/per pet. IMPORTANT: Dogs MUST be under your control when outdoors, either on a leash, in the fenced in yard, or on the gated deck. Dogs must NEVER be left unattended outside. This is a strict policy and enforced to protect your pets and our neighbors’ animals and children. A doggy towel (please wipe those paws!), blanket and bowls are provided. Please try to keep your pets off our furniture -- especially the white sheets and beds! And please pick up after your pet. WILDLIFE: There is a lot of wildlife from cute, cuddly rabbits and deer to clever, pesky bears.
