The space Huge open living room space with exposed rafters, leading to an open kitchen with two breakfast bars, new quartz counters, stainless appliances and laundry area, followed by a large dining room, screened porch, fenced yard and outdoor shower. Floors, counters and cabinets are brand new, as are the bathrooms. There is a lovely screened porch off the back, plus a grilling area, outdoor shower and dining area too. There are four large bedrooms, each with a king bed and storage, plus two new bathrooms, and new flooring throughout the entire home. The front porch is great for people watching too! Guest access Guests will enter with a door code for the front or side door. Other things to note You'll want to get a daily or weekly parking pass for street parking if you have more than 3 cars or choose to drive to the beach.
