Other things to note SERVICES & INFORMATION HOUSEKEEPING Housekeeping service is provided every 3 days, including towel replacement. Bed sheets and linens are changed once every 7 days.

POOL MAINTENANCE The villa’s swimming pool is professionally cleaned once per week. Our pool maintenance team has a separate gate key and will work efficiently and discreetly, ensuring your privacy is respected at all times. GARDENING & PEST CONTROL Our gardener maintains the garden weekly, keeping the outdoor areas fresh and well cared for. In addition, monthly pest control is carried out to minimize insects. As we are located on a tropical island, occasional sightings of geckos, mosquitoes, or beetles are normal. GUEST SUPPORT We are available 24 hours a day to assist you with any questions, requests, or support during your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are always our priority. AIRPORT TRANSFER Begin your stay with ease by arranging an airport-to-villa transfer with our driver for 1,200 THB. This convenient door-to-door service allows you to relax and enjoy Phuket from the moment you arrive. ADDITIONAL DETAILS * Electricity is charged at 6 THB per unit, based on actual usage recorded by the government meter. * Additional services such as laundry, tours, car and motorbike rentals, taxi services, or a private chef are available upon request and subject to extra charges. * Arrival notice: Please provide at least 1 hour’s notice prior to arrival so a team member can be present to assist you. * Security deposit: A 7,000 THB cash deposit (or equivalent in any foreign currency) is required upon check-in and will be fully refunded after inspection at check-out. * Long stays: For bookings exceeding 7 days, a security deposit of 10,000 THB (or equivalent in any foreign currency) is required. * Please note: A new villa is currently under construction next door, and you may experience some daytime noise. Our nightly rates have been reduced accordingly to reflect this.
