Living Area & Kitchen Step inside and enjoy the open concept design, natural light and all the right touches to lounge comfortably, gather with one another and enjoy the space. Living room Smart TV is ready for you to stream YouTube TV or the latest Netflix has to offer. The living room meets the kitchen and dining area with dining table seating for 6 and kitchen island seating for 4. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, electric stove), countertop appliances such as crockpot, air fryer, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, and Keurig coffee maker, and dining utensils. Starter set of kitchen essentials provided (Dish soap, 3 rolls of paper towels, 5 dish detergent pods, 5 trash bags). Backyard Enjoy your own private resort-like backyard setting. Cool off in the large pool, take a nap or relax in the daybed, enjoy lawn games on the turf, grill using the BBQ, and dine outside at a table that seats up to 8. Outside you’ll find plenty to keep you occupied: a pool volleyball net + ball, inflatable pool toys, cornhole, giant Jenga, giant connect 4 and an outdoor TV. Bedrooms After a fun-filled day in Scottsdale, and you’re ready to rest, we have 4 comfortable bedrooms, equipped with premium mattresses, pillows, linens and sheets, closets with hangers, and night stands with reading lights and USB outlets. ♛ Primary Bedroom: King-Size Bed With Ensuite Bathroom ♛ Bedroom 2: Queen-Size Bed ♛ Bedroom 3: Queen-Size Bed ♛ Bonus Room (Accessed Through Primary Bedroom): Queen-Size Bed + Desk Workspace Bathrooms Besides the ensuite bathroom with accessible shower, the house features another full bathroom off the hall with bathtub and a half-bathroom accessible from the great room. All are stocked with fresh towels and a starter set of essential toiletries: 3 sets of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and bar soap per shower. Starter set of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom included. Hair dryer available. Guest access The house is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Before arrival, we’ll provide a unique code for keyless entry so check-in is quick and easy. Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 10am. Early check-in or late check out may be available for an additional fee. Pool is serviced every Thursday between 1-3pm (time subject to change). THE POOL IS USED AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that may result from using the swimming pool. The pool is not blocked off with a safety gate. Please exercise caution at all times when traveling with young children. Parents must supervise children at all times in the pool and backyard. By booking the home you agree to this release. *No Smoking Indoors* Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. *Pet Policy* Pets must be approved prior to booking. $90 fee pet applies to any approved pets. *No Parties* Scottsdale City Ordinance mandates quiet hours from 10pm - 6am and are strictly enforced. Scottsdale has adopted a new noise ordinance to help protect the neighbors and neighborhood from unruly/loud vacation rental properties. This ordinance shall pertain to any and all properties located in Scottsdale, AZ. If the police are called for nuisance party or noise disturbance, up to a $2,500 fine could be assessed to the guests. If this happens, you will be charged for the fine. Please keep the noise levels down and respect the neighbors. Thank you for your understanding. *Booking Details* We do require our guests to be 25 or older to rent. ID verification is required. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Note: The property has exterior cameras and noise monitors in use for your safety.
