The home is stocked with everything you might need for gatherings, traveling with kids, or business stays. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking, with a coffee and tea bar, plus a wide variety of serving dishes and appliances. For little ones, we provide baby and kids essentials, including a full-size crib, rocking chair, booster, pack-and-play, and a large closet full of toys for all ages. Enjoy the best of both worlds: just 14 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, yet stay on a private 1 acre lot backing onto a wetland where deer and turkeys are often seen. You’re also minutes from Wayzata’s Lake Street (one of Minnesota’s most sought-after locations) and the shores of Lake Minnetonka. Other things to note * HOUSE RULES: *Absolutely NO SMOKING! $500 Penalty + cost of remediation + guest must leave immediately if there are any signs of smoking / vaping / weed smell anywhere on premises. * Same rule applies for unapproved PETS. * Pet fee is $100 per animal per stay. Must be approved prior to visit - no dangerous breeds/weight limit. * No shoes - original hardwood floors. Please do not rearrange/drag the furniture. * No parties - quiet family dinner is fine, just let us know please. * Rental Agreement must be signed and Government issued ID with a selfie provided at least 48 hrs prior to move in. Email address must be provided to receive an e-signature request. * All guests must be over the age of 25 unless a part of a family unit. Verification may be required. * No street parking - Garage/driveway only. *The guest amount on the reservation should match the number of guests spending time at the house, not just sleeping. * Quiet hours 9 pm - 9 am: especially outdoor.
