19th Century Residence – Mancelles Alps

Backed by the Alpes Mancelles forest, this 180 m2 19th century house, renovated and decorated in 2019, offers breathtaking 180° views and is next to a generous recreational area, adorned with a shady grove for the hottest days. Winter days will allow you to fully enjoy the cocooning of interior spaces decorated with antique materials and all modern comforts. The space On the ground floor are the well-equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron), the dining room as well as the living room and the two entrances. You have 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor (180 x 200 bed) one of which can be converted into twin beds (2 single 90 x 200 beds), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. As for the second floor, you will find two bedrooms, one with a 90 x 200 bed and the other with 2 90 x 190 beds (possibility to request a baby crib up to 24 months), and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The house can only accommodate up to 7 adults and possibly 1 baby more on request (rate to be re-evaluated). The house is equipped with fiber optic with good Wi-Fi distribution and RJ45 sockets in each room for optimal speed. Outdoor games available: Molky, pétanque, balls Garden furniture and AIRCLOUD mattress available on request. Guest access free parking in the back of the house.
