THE LIVING AREA The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation. • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests. • How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Holly Ave, Imperial Beach, CA 91932" for accurate distances. • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day. • If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered. • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking. • How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we don't charge any $0 cleaning fee. In return, we hope guests treat our home like their own. • Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets. • Is smoking allowed?
