Front Street is less than a block away and you're just steps from all Downtown Georgetown has to offer. The space Historic, warm and inviting accommodations meet the simple modern touches of 2024 in a place where guests can relax and enjoy the character of this 105 year old home while having everything they'll need for their stay. **Important Things To Know About The Home** -The fireplace is sealed off at the roof and is only for aesthetic purposes only. Do not attempt to light a fire in the fireplace. -Bathrooms: on the first floor, there is a half bath in the guest room. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 full bathrooms. The first is located in the hallway and has a shower/tub combination. The second full bathroom is located in the master bedroom and has a walk in shower. Note-the only showers are in the upstairs bathrooms. -The upstairs guest room with 2 twin beds is a small bedroom typical of the early 1900s era. The room and beds are great for kids due to the size. The room/beds will accommodate average sized adults who don't mind sleeping in a smaller room with limited space. -In summer months, the temperature can be a few degrees warmer upstairs than it is downstairs due to the age of the house. There are window AC units upstairs to use as supplemental cooling if needed. Upstairs Master bedroom 1 has its own en suite full bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms 2 & 3 will share the full bathroom in the hall. The downstairs guest room has its own half bathroom, but the only showers (2) are upstairs. Other Things To Note: -Less than a block to Front Street -2 minute walk to the Kaminski House & the Harborwalk -Street parking for boats & trailers (1 mile from East Bay Boat Landing) -2 driveway spots next to house -Keeping in mind the of the age of the house and its original features, please treat the house tenderly as to keep everything in great condition for years to come. Guest access The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. Your stay will intersect with Front St, making many restaurants and shops available by foot. Other things to note -The fireplace is not functional and is totally sealed off at the roof. Do not light a fire in the fireplace. -The only showers are upstairs. The first floor bathroom is a half bath and does not have a shower. -On occasion, there may be mail/deliveries arriving. I will be available 24/7 via phone/text or AirBnb messaging to help with anything that you may need.
