The city has a noise ordinance, and quiet hours are from 10p-8am. **NOTE** This home is attached to a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment and both units are listed on Airbnb and can be rented at the same time. There is a heavy & large door in the laundry room that is securely locked on both sides so when being dually rented neither guests can unlock from either side to access the other space. Both have separate front doors on opposite sides of the home and have been designed to both be very private and secluded. This unit has access to the fenced in backyard plus hot tub, the apartment has its own fenced in seating area on their side of the house. Guest access The driveway has a slight drop to it so a low vehicle may have trouble getting out during high snow falls. Snowplow service is provided when snowfall is greater than 4 inches.
