Guest access ✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house. ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 5 vehicles on the large driveway. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the first bedroom. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play, fireplace guards, and children’s books, toys, and dinnerware. ✹ PETS: Pets are allowed with a $100 per-stay fee (max of 4 pets) ✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have full access to all the community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, lake, miniature golf, and more. Other things to note ✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in. ✹ We provide a handful of coffee K-Cups, toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies to get you started. More can be purchased from the local grocery stores. ✹ This is a gated community, so we'll need guests to sign a form and lease agreement that we need to forward to the Home Owner Association (HOA). Make sure to bring a physical driver's license and vehicle registration for the HOA (NOT just a paper copy) ✹ Vehicle info will be needed for smooth check-in ✹ Any damage, biohazard, or HOA Citations will be billed to guests.
