The space This spacious three-level luxury villa is designed for comfort, privacy, and gathering, making it ideal for families and larger groups. On the first floor, you’ll find a king bedroom and a queen bedroom that share a full bathroom, along with a dedicated entertainment area perfect for relaxing, watching movies, or unwinding after a day on the mountain. The second floor serves as the main living space and features a stunning primary master king suite with a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom complete with a standalone shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. This level also includes a half bathroom, open-concept living room, dining area, large kitchen with walk-in pantry, and a convenient laundry room. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy the gas grill and outdoor fireplace — perfect for year-round Tahoe evenings. On the third floor, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, including a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and standalone shower, another king bedroom with a private balcony, and a queen bedroom. The balcony king and queen bedroom share a full bathroom with a standalone shower. 🐶 Pet Policy A maximum of two (2) dogs is permitted per villa. The pet fee is $200 per dog. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Undisclosed pets will result in additional charges. 🚗 Parking Policy A maximum of four (4) vehicles is allowed per villa. Street parking is strictly prohibited. 🔧 Maintenance & Snow Removal Please note that these are private vacation rentals and there is no on-site staff available at all times. Maintenance and snow removal services are available Monday through Friday, subject to vendor availability. Issues reported after hours will be addressed as soon as staff availability permits. 🧻 Amenities & Starter Supplies Your villa is stocked with essential starter supplies for your arrival. For additional items (such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), we recommend visiting the nearby Target or local grocery stores. ❄️ Winter Safety Notice Winter sports of any kind are not permitted on the property. Conditions may be icy during winter months — please use caution when walking or driving on-site. 🧼 Additional Cleaning Fee: A $500 fee will be automatically applied if check out instructions are not completed. They will be sent the day before departure. No questions asked – nonrefundable. 🛠️ Property Damage Fee: A $1,000 fee will be automatically applied if any property damage has been caused and not brought to our attention.
