Please ONLY use the front door to enter and exit the property and keep the side and rear doors LOCKED AT ALL TIMES! There is parking in the front driveway for up to five vehicles. There is NO PARKING on the street. Other things to note We pride ourselves in providing a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE during your stay. We encourage our guests to contact us with all questions or concerns. We have a STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY and ask our guests to please be mindful of our neighbors by respecting the quiet hours after 9 pm. You will be asked to leave in the event of noise complaints as all violations are documented and reported. The property is equipped with a cloud based device recommended by Airbnb which detects excessive noise levels and alerts your host when decibels reach levels outside the norm. The trash days are Mondays so we ask all guests that are staying overnight with us on Sundays to please bring out the trash bins located near the side kitchen door. The trash bins can be brought back in if you are staying with us on a Monday afternoon. We have weekly pool and hot tub service and the water change could take up to 12 hours to reheat back to optimal temperatures of 100. Please note, there may be instances where the hot tub water may not heat up to temperature during a one-night booking if the water is changed the day of check-in. Please note that during times of excessive high temperatures, the second floor may take longer to cool as there is one HVAC unit for the entire home.
