Welcome to our Casa Oasis located in the quiet coastal neighborhood of Lighthouse Point. We are only an 8-minute drive to access the beach & beach bars & restaurants. With the laid-back beach living in our quiet community, you may not even want to leave! Our spacious layout has 4 bedrooms with/ 2 Master Suites (one is located on the opposite side of the other 3 bedrooms) is great for families. The space Inside: Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath is fully equipped with all that you will need to feel like you are at your home away from home. The multiple bed configurations and TV's in each room, make it great for those traveling with families but still wanting the luxury of a renovated single family home. Our kitchen is fully stocked and 2 living rooms gives you space to spread out. Outside: Our spacious backyard is great for a tropical getaway. Enjoy sun bathing by the pool or a glass of wine while the sun sets to truly immerse yourself in the South Florida way. Please note this a quiet residential neighborhood. No parties of any kind. We take this seriously. It is important for us to be respectful of our neighbors. Guest access Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Please note: There is no garage access for vehicles. We have a Tesla EV charger. Garbage cans need to go out for pickup in the morning on designated days. Thursday trash and recycling - WE HAVE A SERVICE THAT WILL COME BY TAKE THE TRASH AND RECYCLE OUT THE EVENING BEFORE PICK UP. Monday trash only - We kindly ask that guests take the trash bin out the night before collection and bring it back in after collection. Other things to note THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 9pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. Any animal brought onto the property must be disclosed before booking. $150.00 pet fee to be paid before arrival, depending on type and number of animals. It must be pre-approved. This property is professionally managed by BNR Vacation Rentals Hospitality, guest experience, and cleanliness are extremely important to us.
